Day 1
Arrival in Nairobi

Welcome to Kenya! Upon your arrival, you will be met by a tour representative in Nairobi who will transfer you to your hotel and brief you on your tour. Depending on arrival time, you will have a city tour.

Day 2

Depart for Mara

After a delicious breakfast, you will depart for Maasai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive in the Maasai Mara in good time and proceed to the hotel for check-in and lunch. After a short rest proceed for a game drive in search of black-maned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetahs, buffalos, and other plains game. Return to the facility for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Explore Mara

Early breakfast, followed by a full day of game drive within the reserve. Maasai Mara is renowned for its high animal concentration and abundance. Black-maned lions, elephants, and buffalos can be seen, but luck is essential for spotting leopards and rhinos, which make the other two.

You will have a break for your picnic lunch in the middle of nowhere with an amazing view of the park. 


After this, you will go back to the hotel for a few hours of relaxation as you enjoy the hotel facilities before embarking on the afternoon game drives. Return to the facility for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Depart for Naivasha

Conclude your stay in the Mara with a shorter early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Your safari now takes you to Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake that is a popular tourist spot in Kenya for locals and foreigners alike. 

Arrive in time for lunch. 


Later on, head for Hell’s Gate National Park. Here you will have the option to cycle inside the park as you view the wildlife and head to the Gorge for a short hike. Snacks and refreshments will be provided to keep you hydrated. After this, you will head to the Geothermal Spa and you will get to enjoy swimming in the geothermal spa and a relaxed afternoon in the naturally heated pool.

Return to your facility for dinner and overnight stay

Day 5

Depart for Tsavo West

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before you depart for Tsavo West National Park. This is the second-largest park in Kenya and hosts a good number of giraffes due to the abundant shrubs. Other attractions that are found here are the Shetani Lava Flows, the Mzima Spings – the water source of Mombasa County, and the Rhino Sanctuary.


You will arrive at the hotel in time for lunch. Get to relax in the afternoon. Later in the evening, you depart for Mzima Springs, where you will get an opportunity to learn more about the local ecosystem, the filtration of the water from Kilimanjaro, and how it reaches Mombasa for consumption. Return for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6

Depart for Mombasa

Early morning game drive followed by an elegant breakfast before departing for Mombasa. Arrive in time for check-in and lunch. After a short rest, you will head to Haller Park which is home to various giant tortoises, marsh mongooses, bush pigs, duiker, waterbuck, oryx, elands, zebras, cape buffaloes, giraffes, and hippos. Enjoy the nature walk and get to see animals being fed. 

You will later be dropped off at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 7
Explore Mombasa

After a lavish breakfast, you will head out for a city tour. First, you will visit Fort Jesus Museum where you will get to see an intriguing collection of archaeological artifacts from the fort. You will then head to the Old Town, which is one of the historical tourist attractions on Mombasa Island. 


Later on, you will visit Mama Ngina Waterfront where you will get to see cultural exhibitions, shop, dine at open-air fresco restaurants and cafes, or relax at the expansive site.


After a delicious lunch, you will head for a floating bridge experience and cross from the island to the Mainland. Later on, you will be dropped off at your hotel for afternoon relaxation, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 8

Depart for Nairobi

Arise for an early morning game drive which will conclude your safari tour. Following breakfast and check out, you now head back to Nairobi with brief stops along the way at the Rift Valley Escarpment. Arrive in Nairobi for an onward drop-off transfer to the JKIA international airport for your flight home or drop off at your overnight hotel.
